2. Risk Acknowledgement

All users acknowledge and accept that:

Participation is at the user’s own risk
3. Performance-Based Earnings

All earnings within the ValoraX ecosystem are strictly performance-based.

No fixed returns are offered or guaranteed
Income is dependent on individual activity, structure, and system participation
Results may vary significantly between participants
4. Working Capital Structure
Working capital income may be generated up to a maximum of 3X, subject to performance and system conditions
Self-investment is capped at 2X within the applicable structure
Administrative charges of 5% may apply to certain transactions or payouts
5. Team Structure & Qualification

To qualify for structured earnings:

A minimum of 50% volume must originate from the stronger leg
The remaining 50% must be generated from the wider team structure
6. Salary Maintenance Requirements

To maintain eligibility for ongoing structured earnings:

A minimum of 30% fresh business volume must be maintained on each side of the structure
Failure to meet maintenance requirements may result in adjustment, suspension, or removal of benefits
7. Payouts & Verification
All payouts are subject to internal review, verification, and compliance checks
ValoraX reserves the right to delay, adjust, or decline payouts if irregular activity or policy violations are identified
Payment timelines may vary depending on verification processes
8. Compliance & KYC

Participation is subject to full compliance with applicable regulations.

Users may be required to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification
Failure to comply may result in restricted access or termination
All services are subject to applicable local and international laws
9. Personal Responsibility

Each participant is fully responsible for:

Their financial decisions
Their level of participation
Understanding the risks associated with the ecosystem
