2. Access to Services
Following successful payment, users will receive access credentials and/or onboarding details via email to access the ValoraX platform and associated services.
Once this access has been delivered, the service is considered fully rendered, and the transaction is deemed complete.

Users agree not to initiate unjustified payment disputes or chargebacks with their bank or payment provider.
Any user found to be:
Initiating fraudulent disputes
Misusing chargeback mechanisms
Will be subject to:
Immediate and permanent suspension from the ValoraX platform
Termination of all associated services and access
ValoraX reserves the right to contest all disputes and take further action where necessary.
